California Landlord Solutions provides quick emailed answers to members' questions. We also provide a myriad of forms and letters used in the everyday business of land lording that make members' lives easier.

Members also enjoy special consultation rates for personal telephone conferences with Kathleen, expert for California Landlord Solutions.


How long does my membership last? How much does it cost to renew?

Your membership lasts one year from the day you first have access to the site. So if you register on  March 9, 2010, and you have access  immediately and your membership will be due for renewal on March 10, 2011. If you know other landlords who can benefit from California Landlord Solutions, please refer them to us. If they join, we will add one month to your subscription for each member you refer who joins CLS for a year or more.

Because we value our loyal customers, we guarantee that your renewal rate will not be more than 10% higher than the rate you paid the previous year, regardless of the demand for membership or the rate being charged to new members.

How do I get a personal answer to my specific question?

As a member you can ask a question via our on-line form or contact us and your answer will come by return email, usually the same day, the next day at the latest.

If Kathleen  is unavailable at that moment, just leave your name, best contact number, the best time to reach you, and a brief description of your question, and she will call you back. Your call will nearly always be returned the same day, and always by the next day.


What if I need a form that is not available on the web site?

No problem. Just contact us and we will email the form you need. It will then be posted on the web site, as we presume that, if you need a particular form, others probably do, too!

In addition to the forms and letters members have asked for, other forms that are commonly used in the business of land lording will be added to the site on a regular basis.
