About the founder of
California Landlord Solutions . . .
Jan
Leasure has been a landlord for over twenty years. She
has managed her own property and that of hundreds of other
property owners. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker
and worked in real estate sales prior to dedicating herself solely
to the property management business.
Jan is currently the managing
Broker for Monterey
Bay Property Management, located in Monterey, California,
established in 1986. Monterey Bay Property Management is a company
dedicated to providing the best in vacation rental and long-term
residential leasing.
The company mission statement is
to make being a landlord rewarding, to make being a tenant a
pleasure, and to have fun doing both!
Currently the Equal Opportunity
Committee Chairperson for the Monterey
County Association of Realtors®, Jan instructs new real
estate licensees in the areas of fair housing and anti-trust.
She has also served on the Local
Governmental Relations committee and has worked closely with

led to the evolution of California Landlord Solutions.
Information gleaned from
membership in CLS provides landlords and property managers with
the skills they need to obtain the greatest net income from a
piece of real estate with the least amount of trouble.
The hard part of being a landlord
is not acquiring property to rent, but in knowing what to do with
the property once it is under your control!
